Is it difficult to drive car in Pattaya ?

This first one is just a tip: when you stop your car, stick on the windshield a large paper on which you will read: careful - I have to drive on the left hand side of the road.
Always remember that a car may be trying to overtake you by the left.
On mountainous road never keep too near the inside of a curve as rain may have push part of the road down the slope L
If you have an accident, call the company and ask the operator to send a negotiator to make the speaking with the police.
