Please don’t worry, by doing so you are not yet making a completed order booking, neither will you cause any problems to our operations to check your desired destination price with these proceedings. There is no price listed in your price list for my destination. We are continuously upgrading our system; however, we cannot simultaneously upgrade our online system.

Pick Up

I cannot print the voucher to present to the driver; do I need to have a physical copy? No, the order number would be sufficient because our drivers are well informed of order details. Where will the driver wait for me? A1 : Airport: Arrival Hall, after you have collected your luggage.
A2 : Hotels: Lobby lounge or at receptions (front desk)
A3 : Train stations: Arrival Hall or arrival platform. How will your driver identify himself? Our driver will expect you holding a welcome sign with your name, flight details and destination.

What kind of service may I expect from your drivers? A1 : Our drivers are trained, safety conscious, friendly, helpful and patient.
A2 : Most of them do maintain a reasonable command in English. Do you provide a baby seat? On request we will equip our cars with baby seating - Please be so kind and fill in the amount of baby seats required in our online form page 2. Do you have special services while on the journey? A1 : Stopovers can be made on request to our drivers.
• However for stop overs in which duration is more than one hour please contact us.
• If you would like to take detours out of the usual route, then you may negotiate with your driver directly to take such adventures. Why should I prefer pattayacity.com taxis to other providers? A 1.1 : Our vehicles and drivers are ready to provide outmost service at all times.

A 1.3: All our vehicles have transport licenses issued by the transport ministry.

A 1.6: Lastly, our taxis come equipped with baby car seats for families with young children on request. Why is your Taxi Service more expensive than Catching a Cab on the roadside? A1 : If you find cheaper service with unlicensed operators you might end up with an old vehicle with just compulsorily insurance or even sometimes a modified pickup-truck for your transportation.

A2 : For orders in excess of 10,000 Thai Baht we are prepared to give additional discount of 3% depending on real order volume.

Payment

Must I pay in full or deposit? A1 : For Krabi and Phuket Area only you may pay a deposit of 5 Euro (200 baht)
Other taxi routes & destinations require Full Payment in advance.
A2.1 : No advance payment is required for subsequent orders. Clients who have ordered before please provide previous order number.
A3.2 : Clients who stay at a hotel in Krabi and Phuket area. However, client must contact our hotline, or leave phone number to be contacted within the order form. Can we pay on arrival? A1 : Yes, for all subsequent orders or clients who stay at hotels in Krabi or Phuket Area.
A1.2 : Clients who have already used our services please submit previous order number.
A1.3 : Clients who stay at a hotel in Krabi and Phuket area, however, client must contact our hotline, or leave their mobile phone number or the hotel phone No. to be contacted within the order form What can I do if I cannot pay or make deposit online? A2 : LINK: PAYMENT offline in Euro. May I know the payment instructions for PayPal? A1 : You may use our SalaPay system, which connects directly to the PayPal platform.
A2 : You may use PayPal but you will have to fill in the amount, order No. and other details. What currencies can pattayacity.com accept for transfer payment ? A1 : Via online payment all major currencies which will be automatically converted into our local currency.
A2 : If client insists on payment in his local currency, client shall request such option via email taxi@pattayacity.com
A3 : Offline payment in Thai Baht and Euro. ( Our driver accept only Thai Baht - only in emergency cases you may submit foreign currency, however driver can refuse payment in a foreign currency ) May I know your refund policy? Refund Fee 200 THB or 5 Euro up to 4 days before pick up date. Late
